Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we offer return service, subject to the following conditions:

Unused: Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed or unmodified condition and must have their original packaging intact.

Original Tags: Items must retain their original tags and tags.

Time limit: We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Return process

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Get approved: Our customer service team will review your return request and provide return instructions and return address upon approval.

Returning Items: Return the item along with the original packaging and tags to the returns address provided by us. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility.

Refund processing: After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will arrange a refund. Refunds will be made to the method you originally paid and are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received and reviewed.

Special case

Quality problems: If there are quality problems or defects in the goods you receive, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide relevant photos. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund.

Customized products: Customized products will be made according to the dimensions and requirements provided by the customer. Returns are generally not supported. If there are special circumstances, please contact the customer service team for communication.

Return Postage: Please note that return postage is your responsibility unless there is a quality issue with the item.
